What do you think, in accordance with paragraph 1.4.7.3.3 Part I -Section 4 - Chapter 7 DOC 8168 OPS / 611 Volume II, whether you want to consider into account the obstacles, that fall into the yellow sector?

Hi,
My view is that you have considered the obstacle as part of the Approach/Missed Approach design and don't need to consider it again. If you take the example of a turning missed approach it doesn't seem logical to consider obstacles that are only relevant if the a/c goes missed approach as part of the circling. I believe others may have different interpretations so I would be interested to hear from others.

Obstacles in the yellow sector may give a greater OCH as MOC differs (cat D circling MOC=120m, straight MOC=75m).
Very interesting, what's the point laid when included in PANS_OPS item:
